One calm check-in a day, so someone would know.
All Well Daily is a simple safety app for anyone whose day could pass without someone noticing. You choose a time each day. Before it arrives, you tap one button: I’m OK. That’s the whole routine.
If the time passes and you haven’t checked in, the app doesn’t panic and it doesn’t shout. It reminds you, gives you a short grace period, and only then quietly texts the people you chose, in words you wrote yourself.
The deadline is yours to set, this one is set for 9:00 PM.
How it works, step by step
- You pick a time. Any time that fits your routine, morning or evening. You set it once, and you can change it whenever you like.
- The app reminds you as the time gets close. You choose up to four reminders, and when each one arrives. A reminder is just a nudge on your phone. There is nothing to read and nothing to fill in.
- You tap one button. The button says I’m OK. One tap, and you are done for the day. The other reminders are cancelled, and the app stays quiet until tomorrow.
- If you don’t tap, the app waits a little longer. You might be in the shower, out in the garden, or fast asleep in your chair. So when your time passes, nothing happens for another fifteen minutes. This is the grace period, a short safety margin for ordinary life.
- Only then does it tell someone. If you still haven’t checked in, the app sends a text message to the people you chose, a daughter, a friend, a neighbour, asking them to check on you. The words in the message are your own, and you can change them.
The people you choose don’t need the app. They don’t need a smartphone or an account either. Your message arrives as an ordinary text message on their ordinary phone.
And the watching is not done by your phone alone. Our computers keep watch too, so the message still goes out even if your phone is switched off, out of battery, or has no signal. That is exactly the moment when it matters most.
Built so the alert almost never has to happen
An alert text landing on someone’s phone is a serious thing, so All Well Daily is designed to make it rare. You get up to four reminders, at times you choose, that grow more insistent as your deadline approaches. Checking in during the reminders ends your day at once, the rest are cancelled. And after the deadline itself there is still a fifteen-minute grace period, in case you were simply in the shower.
The message your contact receives is deliberately gentle, and you can edit it. The standard wording is:
“Hi Sarah, Ben has not checked in today. It might be a good idea to reach out.”
You can even send a test text in advance, so the real one never arrives cold. Read more about safety and false alarms.
Who it’s for
The common thread is not living alone. It is this question: if something happened to you, would anyone notice quickly? If you are not in touch with someone every day, the honest answer might be “not straight away”. All Well Daily shortens that wait from days to hours.
You live alone
A quiet daily signal that you’re up and about, without group chats, streaks, or anyone watching a dashboard.
You look out for a parent
A light-touch safety net that respects their independence. They tap one button; you only hear anything if they don’t.
Your dog depends on you
If something happened to you, who would know your dog was home alone? Your alert can carry their photo and care details.
Couples use it too. If one of you travels, the other is home with nobody checking in that day. If you are both out together and something happens, nobody is expecting you back. It is for anyone who could go unnoticed for too long.
Be first to know when we launch
We’re finishing All Well Daily now. Leave your email and we’ll write to you once, when it’s ready, no newsletters, no noise. We’ll ask you to confirm your address first, so the list stays clean.
One optional tap, for me, for my parent, or for my pet, just helps us understand who’s waiting. Your address is stored by Sadie Innovations LLC, never sold, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
