No. It does not detect falls, locate you, or call an ambulance, and it never replaces 911. It notices one thing, whether you checked in today, and tells your people if you didn’t.

Your settings, contacts and check-in times are used to run your check-ins and nothing else. We never sell personal data, and contacts’ numbers are used only for the alerts you set up. Yes, many people will. The kindest way is to sit down together: let them choose their time, their contacts and their own message wording. It stays their routine; you’re simply one of the people who’d want to know.
